My co-worker recently found a recipe for Banana Bread Brownies on Pinterest. They are amazing! They sell wonderfully at the coffee shop as well!
How ever my most recent experience making them tuned them in to a cake!
When we make any kind of brownie or cake we make it in a 9X13in. cake pan. If we make any more than this it usually goes out of date before it can all sale.
Because this recipe makes a large cookie sheet full of very thin brownies I decided to make them a little thicker by making them in a 9×13 pan. They turned out amazingly still but we're just a little to thick to be called brownies so therefore they became "cake".
The frosting is my favorite part of this cake. It is so easy! You simply brown your butter then add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla!
